Hans Isler

Chairman (Independent)

Hans Isler started his career in 1978 as a Delegate of the International Committee of the Red Cross. Later he became an auditor with Arthur Andersen Switzerland, where he was a partner from 1994 until 2002. From 2002 until 2011, he was a partner and member of the Board of Directors of EY Switzerland. From 2013 to 2018, he was a Deputy Magistrate of the Audit Court of the canton of Geneva.

Hans Isler is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banque Thaler SA, he is vice-president of Leonteq AG and serves as a member of the Board of Banque Pictet & Cie SA, Pictet & Cie Group SCA, Banque du Léman SA, MKS (Switzerland) SA, and PAMP SA. He is also a member of the finance commission of MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières).

Hans Isler holds a Master’s degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG) and is a Swiss Chartered Accountant.
